Magnificent example from the Thommen SA factory, existing today under the name Revue Thommen.
The registered trademark "Revue" by Thommen SA, founded in 1910,
Although its growth is unprecedented, the technical achievements are numerous, particularly in terms of alloys used in watch components.
Thommen SA is known for its precise yet classic watches. The "Revue-Sport" range has therefore been launched, offering models in various shapes, with a particular focus on providing anti-magnetic steel cases.
We have here a copy dating from approximately 1937. In NOS condition.
This particular watch was part of a collection of timepieces, some of which were intended for the German forces. It was never worn or distributed.
The watch, due to its age , has nevertheless developed tiny micro-defects resulting from its transport and storage for nearly 100 years.
Extremely rare example, entirely original except for the strap bracelet which has been fitted.
