Frenca Type Calatrava Two Tone Bronze Dial - WWII Buser Frères N.O.S

Buser Frères, manufacturer of Frenca brand watches, was a watchmaker in Canton Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland, founded in 1891.
In 1961, Buser joined Revue Thommen, Phenix, and Vulcain in the holding company known as MSR. After decades of independence, Buser was dissolved and merged with MSR on May 31, 1995.

In N.O.S. condition. This example was part of a watch inventory, some other pieces of which were intended for German forces. They were never worn or distributed.

A watch whose age still results in tiny micro-defects due to its transport and storage for nearly 100 years.

Original lamellar strap, in dark gray leather, showing some signs of wear but remains in excellent condition.
Original steel pin buckle.
