BWC - Buttes Watch Cie - Salmon Dial Two Tone 1950's

BWC, short for Buttes Watch Cie, was founded by Henri Jeannin-Rosselet, who created his own watchmaking factory with the aim of designing "English" style watches.
Having settled in Fleurier, he later decided to move to the small village of Buttes, in Switzerland.
The design will therefore take place within the village of Buttes, the BWC brand will be registered in 1901.

We are dealing with a "nearly" NOS example
The watch has an imperfection on the dial (between 4 and 5 o'clock).

Mechanical movement with manual winding: AS 1180
Revised movement, optimal drifts and amplitudes.

Case dimensions: 34mm (excluding crown) / 36.5mm (including crown)

Chrome-plated metal case, intact.
Snap-on stainless steel case back
Curved horns.

Salmon-colored dial (slight imperfection between 4 and 5 o'clock)
Blued syringe needles
Small seconds hand present at 6 o'clock.
White graduated inner bezel
Index Arabic numerals

New black leather strap bracelet.
Steel pin buckle.

An extremely rare example, especially in this state of preservation.
